Hello,

I'm Phil Harrison, Director of Product Development
at Sony Computer Entertainment based in London.

We are the group responsible for the launch of the PlayStation
in Europe and the support of software developers who are writing
for the machine in the UK and Europe.

I've been working on PSX for 18 months now and have been lucky
enough to see the project grow from a concept, through a 
prototype, to the final machine on sale in December 94.

I am fascinated by the wave of informed (and often uninformed)
comment about PlayStation that is on this news group. 

By joining this news group I'll try to set the record straight
on certain issues.  I hope you understand that I can't answer
every question - Non-Disclosure Agreements being what they are.

Most of all, I'd really appreciate your comments and feedback.
(Good and bad!).
